Note! It takes three to four days for examination results to reach us. Unless otherwise agreed, we would like you to call us for the results then.
The assistant can usually assess whether something is good or abnormal. If not, she will arrange for you to speak to one of the doctors. If you want to talk about the results yourself, you can make an appointment at the surgery. A result that is wrong does not always mean that something is wrong. Besides wrong results, there are also sometimes unclear results. Sometimes there is an error in the test.

Our standard consultation time is 15 minutes. In this time, we can discuss 1 extensive or 2 minor complaints. If you need more time, the doctor may ask you to come back for another appointment
Your GP may also visit you at home. For example, because you have difficulty walking, are (temporarily) disabled or too ill to come to the practice. You should preferably apply for a home visit before 11am. The GP then generally comes between 13.00 and 15.00 hour with you.
Failure to show up at the GP/Practice Officer/Doctor's assistant's office without calling off has consequences. Recently, it has unfortunately become common for a patient to make an appointment and then not show up for the consultation. This wastes a lot of unnecessary time for the GP/Doctor's assistant. After all, you have been counted on!
What do you do if you want to cancel an appointment and it concerns a consultation with a GP?
It can always happen that you cannot or do not want to make the appointment. In that case, please call at least 24 hours in advance and let us know that you cannot come. In our menu, you can choose the option to cancel an appointment. Another patient can then be scheduled in your place.
What happens if you do not cancel on time?
You will be billed if you do not cancel on time. The amount of the bill depends on the appointment that is cancelled. This bill will not be reimbursed by the health insurer and you will have to pay it yourself.
What do you do if you want to cancel an appointment and it concerns a consultation at the practice support officer?
These are appointments that usually take 30 but sometimes 45 minutes. There are long waiting lists for these. These appointments should be cancelled at least 2 working days in advance, so we may be able to schedule someone else.
What happens if you do not cancel on time?
You will be billed for not showing up without notice.
Costs:
30 euros for a double appointment with your GP or an appointment with the POH Somatics or POH GGZ.
15 euros for a single appointment with your GP or the doctor's assistant
This bill will not be reimbursed by the health insurance company and you will have to pay it yourself. Unexpected crisis situations can always arise, which we of course fully understand. Please contact the practice in such cases.
If you want to avoid unnecessary costs, call off on time
